Reflexes are the body’s building blocks for movement, learning, and emotional growth. They naturally mature as a child develops, but only if all the body’s systems are working in sync.
When a reflex circuit misfires, it can affect coordination, learning, and emotional regulation. Through using MNRI and other complementary techniques, we calm the nervous system, identify and integrate immature reflexes, and restore balance to support healthy development.

Etti Tokayer, founder of Nestora OT, is an NBCOT-certified occupational therapist since 2015 and an MNRI Core-in-Training. With hundreds of hours of specialized study in Reflex and Sensory Integration, and as a mother of six, Etti brings her unique expertise and gentle touch to every session.
